We must admit that you and other organizers had done an
excellent job. In fact, you had brought our schoolmates a
wonderful and one of the most enjoyable moment in our life.
It was great to meet so many schoolmates and a classmate
after 40 years.
We did see the smiles, the singing and dancing and must
admire and very much appreciate the effort that the
organizers had contributed to make the event so enjoyable and
successful.

| Comments: | The mother of Huynh My Quyen, Huynh My Van, Huynh Vinh Lau , ... passed away on last Saturday, the 9th of April 2005 in Melbourne Australia. The funeral porcessing will be on next Monday, 18th of April. Some Tri Dung alumni and I are going to pay respect to Mrs Huynh by 7.30pm tomorrow, Saturday 16th of April. Her mother is 97 year old this year, as far as I know.

Winston Power, formerly Vinh Can Giang, currently is looking for Huynh Le Phuong who is classmate of Mr. Ly Quoc Minh in TriDung 8A during 1972-1973 in VN.
Huynh Le Phuong used to live at 442/170A Duong Phan Van Tri P7, Q5. TP Ho Chi Minh. She has 3 brothers and parents in her family before leaving VN between 1979-1980. .

| Comments: | So far, the Preparatory/Arrangement Committee of Tridung Alumini Association in Melbourne has not been active yet. Mr Huang Hui Yuan 黃惠元 , who has been mominate as a president of the Committee in the last meeting held before last Christmast, has been working on it.
Recently, Mr Huang has made an announcement printed in several Chinese Newspapers. There are some good responds; some alumni,whose corespondence details have not yet been listed in the corespondence list in the South California Cheeyung-Tridung Association 2004 yearbook have contacted him. Mr Huang intended to get some alumini to join together in another meeting to request them join as volunteer the committee members.

The year of rooster is coming , what is you revolution for the year coming up? Time for me to think of the past and the future, so fast! Sometimes I visit the school website, it is good! Specially when look at those photos of the young girls with long hair, at least take me back to the time while we were young. When I see the school photo, make me remenber the basket ball oval, every lunch time that is the chance to play a non profersional game for players like me. Time has changed a lot, special the genernation today, the life style, and every thing,.. I wish all of you a very happy and good luck Chinese New Year! .

She could not see her beloved brother before she passed away two years ago. Life is not perfect! I hope that this should not have put a dent on this occasion, the joy of reunion. | Comments: | We, Michael and Quang Van sincerely express our appreciation to Northern Tri Dung Association for helping us to locate My anut and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Cheung Wan Quang. The Association showed his photo as a Tri Dung teacher in the last issued Year Book that caught our eyes. We have separated from our aunt and uncle thirty nine year ago and we could not find them.
I headed to LA to participate a reunion with them last night. It really wormed my heart. I was so happy that my eyes were wet. My aunt then arranged a meeting for me to meet my brother and sister who have been living in LA . We did not know where my brother and sister were since thirty nine years ago.
I will be moved that I shall meet my brother and sister to night.
Michael will arrive LA on Dec. 28 to meet them since he is out of US at the present time.

| Comments: | I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dang Wai Ying, Web Master, and the Northern Cal Chee Yung Alumni Association for their help in the best ways they could during the past week in which two of our classmates of 1958, Mr. Trieu Bang and Ms Quoc Phuong Ha, died. They have posted the news and elegies in the Bulletin, allowed us to use the chat room for obituary, and allocated a special section in the forum for posting the articles in memory of our lost classmates. Even though there is a time for everything, a time to be born and a time to die, it is still heart-breaking and heart-wrenching for us to hear our high school classmates die. Some of us may have not seen each other since they left Chee Yung. No matter how long and far a branch is sprung or separated apart, it is the same root of which we are a part. |

| Comments: | This is to announce that Quoc Phuong Ha, class of 1958, left this world peacefully at 10 am on December 6 yesterday. After graduation from Chee Yung, she went to Taiwan and attended the National Taiwan University, where she got a Bachelor degree at the Department of Horticulture. Four years ago her whole family immigrated to United State and settled at Alhambra, California.
In addition to her husband, Mr. Ma, survivors include her two daughters and one son. Funeral services will be held on December 13, Saturday.
Gratitude is extended to Ms Dang Way Wing for arranging a wreath for classmates of 1958.

| Comments: | (Continue).... Food was not only clean but plentiful and provided in a wide range of variety. My wife and I were ones of those few who were asked to go to the line first. I was a little bit light-headed for I believed that I was a VIP. Suddenly I realized that it was my age that earned that privilege. The roast pork was as good as those in a five-star restaurant; and the desert, better than in any Chinese restaurants. At last, the watermelon was juicy, crispy, and sweet. I even got a free tip on how to pick one in supermarket.
One had to pay at least five dollars for the food. However, no one was checking! Had I paid?

| Comments: | Every time I clicked the button into the world of Northern California Chee Yung Alumni Website, there was always something new and surprise! The Bay Area’s alumni are very fortunate to have a good group of alumni who have been devoting their time to serve us, under a good leader with good staff. This is something that we can give thanks on the Thanksgiving Day.
I would like to express long, overdue thanks to the excellent organization on the October 18 picnic. It was exceedingly well-organized. The organizer went out all their effort to ensure success. When I drove to the park, two miles from the park entrance, there was an alumna standing on the roadside to give advice “to observe the speed limit” for the highway patrol was hiding and lurching to come out to get you. Indeed there was one, lucky me! The sign to the picnic was clear and posted on every critical spot at any cross-road. I got a special issue and browsed it, which was even printed in color!
